Works with the tools you already use
Meet your AI Office Manager
One person cannot answer every customer, write the quotes, run the diary and chase the money. ClockOff does all four while you are on the tools, so none of it is waiting for you when you get home.
Every customer conversation in one place, whoever they are and however they got in touch.
Quotes out the same day, invoices before you are off the drive.
A week that fills itself in and tells everybody where you will be.
Know exactly what needs your attention before you leave the driveway.
That is the complete AI Office Manager, and it is on every plan, from £25 a month with Founder pricing or £39 a month on Solo. Answering your phone is the one job that needs Pro.
The complete customer journey
A customer gets in touch, ClockOff captures it and writes the reply, the job gets booked and done, the invoice goes out and chases itself, and your books stay ready for the taxman.
Most tools cover one step of that and hand the rest back to you.
A customer gets in touch and ClockOff catches it.
The job lands in the diary and everyone is told.
You do the work, ClockOff keeps the record.
The invoice goes out and the chasing happens without you.
Inside ClockOff
The same business on every screen. Run the office from a laptop, or run the whole thing from your phone between jobs.

Pro and Team
Solo runs the business with you. Pro takes two more jobs off you entirely: the phone, and the van.
Never miss another enquiry.
BetaUK availability depends on business-number setup and regulatory approval.
Busy, up a ladder, or out of signal. The call still gets answered.
Name, number, address and what has gone wrong, waiting when you finish.
Every call written up and summarised, so you skim it between jobs.
You choose which callers and situations get put straight through.
Family, your accountant, your best customers. Numbers you name never meet the AI.
Forward the calls you miss to your ClockOff line. Customers carry on ringing the number they already know.
Never wonder what is left in the van.
Coming soonPhotograph a part to add it to stock, record what you use on jobs, and ClockOff tells you what is running low and what tomorrow’s work needs. It builds the merchant list and lines up supplier prices; you approve every order.

The AI Receptionist is in beta and the AI Materials Manager is on its way; we switch both on account by account and set them up with you. Everything on Solo is available today. Whatever we build next reaches Pro first, and Founder Pro holds that for life at £40 a month.

Two jobs that used to eat your evenings: chasing customers for answers, and getting the books straight. Both now happen on their own.
Customers approve, pay and book themselves, on a page under your business name, not ours. No more eight o’clock phone calls.
Approve quotes
One tap to accept. You get told the moment they do.
View bookings
When you are coming, and what for. No confirmation phone calls.
Pay invoices
Paid from the same place they approved the quote.
Request more work
Repeat work arrives as a proper enquiry, not a lost text.
Send messages
Straight onto the job thread, not your personal number.
View previous work
Every job you have done for them, with the paperwork attached.
Your books stay straight as you go, ready for HMRC’s Making Tax Digital requirements, so the end of the year stops being a weekend job.
Ready for the taxman, all year
Income, expenses and mileage kept in the shape HMRC expects, as you go.
Know where you stand
What came in, what went out, and what you are still owed.
One file for your accountant
Hand over a complete tax year instead of a carrier bag of receipts.
Nothing goes missing
Receipts, invoices and mileage filed against the job they belong to.
Connecting your accounting software is a Pro and Team feature. ClockOff gets the records ready either way; you or your accountant do the filing.
Founder offer

Questions
Yes, you keep the number you already advertise. ClockOff gives you a dedicated line for the AI Receptionist, and you set call forwarding on your own phone so anything you miss, or any call that comes in while you are busy or out of signal, diverts to it. Calls you answer yourself are untouched. The AI Receptionist is in beta: UK phone numbers are regulated, so we are switching accounts on as numbers become available and we set it up with you.
Yes, all three, plus your email. Connect them once and every message lands in the same inbox against the right customer, so an enquiry becomes a proper job instead of something you meant to answer later. All of them are on every paid plan.
ClockOff keeps your income, expenses and mileage in the shape HMRC expects, all year round, and the Accounts Centre shows you where anything is missing. It gets your records ready; you or your accountant do the filing. Submitting to HMRC from inside ClockOff is on the roadmap, not in the product today.
Xero connects to ClockOff today, in beta, for your contacts and invoices. QuickBooks, Sage and FreeAgent are coming; until they land you can download a full tax year formatted for each of them, or a complete accountant export. Connecting your accounting software is a Pro and Team feature.
It keeps track of what is on your van. Photograph a part and ClockOff works out what it is, you confirm the quantity, and it goes into your stock. Jobs take off what they used, low items land on a shopping list, and it can ask your suppliers for prices and get a purchase order ready. Nothing is ever ordered without you approving it. It is coming soon on Pro and Team, and on Founder Pro.
Yes, on the Team plan. Engineers get their own login, you decide what each of them can see and do, and you assign work from a dispatch board onto a calendar the whole crew shares. Team is £149 a month and includes your first user, then £20 for each one after that.
You pay £25 a month for life and get everything in Solo. If you want the Pro features as well, including the AI Receptionist and the AI Materials Manager, you add the Pro upgrade for £15, which is £40 a month in total rather than the £79 Pro price. Both prices are held for life: neither the £25 nor the £15 rises again, whatever happens to public pricing. Founder places are limited and close at public launch.
Stop doing the admin at nine at night. Put an office manager on it and get your evenings back.
